Consent

By using our website, you accept this Privacy Policy and the practices described in it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Identification and contact data: name, email address, phone number, company, role, and any details you submit through demo request or contact forms.
  • Billing information: where applicable, payment method details, billing address, and transaction history. Payment processing is handled by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers on our infrastructure.
  • Voluntary submissions: opinions, support requests, feature feedback, and information you choose to share with us.
  • Server and log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is collected automatically when you visit the site.
  • Analytics data: aggregated and pseudonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics 4 (IP anonymization enabled), used to understand traffic patterns and improve the site.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the website and the Ops Singularity platform.
  • Respond to demo requests, sales inquiries, and customer support questions.
  • Send transactional and service-related communications.
  • Send marketing communications where you have consented or where permitted by applicable law. You can opt out at any time.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Log files

Like most websites, we keep standard server log files that record the IP address, browser, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps of each request. These logs are used for diagnostic purposes and aggregate traffic analysis; they are not used to identify individual visitors and are not linked to personal data unless required for security investigations.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to remember preferences, measure site performance, and understand how visitors navigate the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function as expected if you do.

Third-party services we use (such as Google Analytics and Google Fonts) may set their own cookies governed by their respective privacy policies.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers that perform functions on our behalf (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support tooling). These providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • Legal requirements where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers or the public. Where permitted, we will notify you before disclosure.
  • Corporate transactions in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to affected users.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law (for example, for tax or accounting obligations). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
