A useful way to narrow this list is to start from where your data already lives and how much openness you want. If you are on Prometheus and the broader open stack, Grafana is the natural centre. The deeper question, and the one this shortlist is really about, is whether you want a dashboard that only shows you problems or a system that also does something about them.
